If you run a community event or are part of a local charity, then Sue would love to hear from you. If you would like to apply then please contact Sue Morgan (womblesam@hotmail.com)

If you can offer catering then Maria would love to hear from you. If you would like to apply then please contact Maria Radford (mariaradford5757@gmail.com)

Once you have received confirmation of your inclusion in the show, you will be sent the relevant forms to complete. Please send your completed forms and send payment by BACS (add stall/catering name as the reference).

Early booking is encouraged to avoid disappointment.

…..if you are a stall holder who sells products, then please note that for 2026 we will not be having such stalls as the theme is "Party in the Park".  However we hope to welcome you in 2027, when we plan to have ‘selling stalls’.
